Mindfulness Package

A personal training package for Mindfulness. Marianne draws on 25 years of mindfulness experience, to help you build your own mindfulness toolkit - a set of mindfulness skills and practices that fit your life and your goals.

Three mindfulness coaching sessions bundled into a complete package - perfect if you’re new to mindfulness and don’t know where to start. This package is also helpful if you have tried mindfulness before, and need some motivation and guidance on how to make it work for you.

Session 1:

TALK: A conversation about where you’re at now, and the goals you want to achieve through mindfulness . An introduction to mindfulness basics.

MINDFULNESS: A guided mindfulness practice during session, and instructions about mindfulness skills to practice between sessions.

Session 2

TALK: You offer feedback about how you have been integrating mindfulness into daily life - at this stage it is typical to notice some positive impacts from mindfulness, and also some challenges. 

Feedback about benefits and challenges experienced while integrating mindfulness; clarification of questions which arose between sessions.

MINDFULNESS: Guided mindfulness practice during session. Personalised instructions for further mindfulness integration and skills to take away.

Session 3

TALK: Discussion of feedback, checking in with initial goals, and establishing goals for future.

MINDFULNESS: Guided mindfulness practice during session, guidance on mindfulness tools and techniques to take with you into the future.
