With over twenty-five years’ experience studying and practising mindfulness, and having taught meditation in schools, workplaces and meditation centres, Marianne is aware of the transformative effects of mindfulness. Marianne understands the challenges many of us face in trying to establish a mindfulness practice and is skilled in developing mindfulness practices which will suit your personality, lifestyle and personal goals.
